From reservation to checkout.

Choose Your Time
Select the rental option that works best for your schedule. Choose from hourly, half day, or full day rentals.

Reserve Your Suite
Choose your available date and time, enter your reservation information, and submit payment to secure your booking.

Complete Your Rental Agreement
After booking, you’ll receive an email with your rental agreement. Complete the agreement, answer the required questions, and upload a valid photo ID before your reservation.

Receive Access Information
Before your reservation, you’ll receive the information you need for access, and the suite will be ready for you at your scheduled start time.

Service Your Clients
Enjoy private use of the fully furnished suite for the duration of your reservation.

Wrap Up & Check Out
Clean your work area, remove your belongings and service debris, return the suite to its original setup, and securely exit by the end of your reservation.
The essentials
Before you book.
- Reservation Time
- Your reservation includes setup, client service, cleanup, and departure. Please allow enough time to complete everything and exit the suite by the end of your reserved time.
- Guests
- Only clients receiving scheduled services may accompany the renter. Children and additional guests are not permitted.
- Cleanup
- Renters are responsible for removing personal belongings, cups, trash, disposable service items, and visible service debris and returning the workspace to its original setup.
- Extensions
- Need additional time? Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved and paid for before additional time is used.
- Hours & Access
- RichGold Studio is open seven days a week from 9am to 10pm. Early or after-hours reservations may be available by request and are subject to approval. Additional fees may apply.

Questions we get most.
Can I book multiple time slots on the same day?
Yes! You can book separate time slots based on your appointment schedule, so you only reserve the time you need. Each time slot is considered a separate reservation and requires checkout between bookings.
What if I need more time during my reservation?
Extensions must be requested before your reservation ends. If available and approved, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before your reserved time ends.
Can I arrive early to set up?
Yes, with an Early Access Add-On. Early access must be added to your reservation in advance. Otherwise, suite access begins at your scheduled reservation time.
Can I leave my supplies in the suite between reservations?
All personal belongings and supplies must be taken with you when checking out.
