What this site is
This site presents the work and services of the business and lets you get in touch. Inquiring through it is not a booking and does not create a contract. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance until the business confirms it with you directly.
Inquiries and bookings
- Rates, hours and availability shown here are indicative and may change.
- A booking is confirmed by RichGold Studio directly, not by this website.
- Use of the suite itself is governed by the separate rental agreement each renter completes at booking. Where that agreement and this page differ about the rental, the rental agreement governs.
Email you receive from us
We use your email address to answer what you sent us. RichGold Studio does not run a marketing mailing list, and sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to anything.
Content and intellectual property
All photographs, video, text, artwork and marks on this site belong to RichGoldCo LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied, resold or used to train systems without written consent.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people’s personal information, send unlawful or abusive content through the forms, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the business is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
